Here’s my routine for anyone interested:

  • I wake up as early as possible
  • I meditate for ten minutes
  • I eat healthy food
  • I exercise (this involves running, walking, or doing some basic strength workouts)
  • I read and write for hours
  • I learn new things through podcasts, YouTube videos, and documentaries
  • I socialize and spend time in nature
