Here’s my routine for anyone interested:

  • I wake up early
  • I read a book or long-form article first thing in the morning
  • I eat healthy food
  • I exercise
  • I learn new things through podcasts, YouTube videos, and documentaries
  • I socialize and try to spend as much time in nature as I can
