Here’s my routine for anyone interested:
- I wake up as early as possible
- I meditate for ten minutes
- I eat healthy food
- I exercise (this involves running, walking, or doing some basic strength workouts)
- I read and write for hours
- I learn new things through podcasts, YouTube videos, and documentaries
- I socialize and spend time in nature
